Project Overview

Built a complete multi-powered FOC motor control system from scratch, implementing multiple motion controls simultaneously — the same paradigm used in surgical robots and exoskeletons — delivering precise, calibrated surface pressure impossible to achieve manually, designed to be automated across thousands of factories and workshops.

Built a custom real-time Web Serial dashboard/app for live force adjustment without touching code. Evaluated and validated by Techno Coatings aerospace mechanical engineers and electrical engineers.
